We raise our cattle without the use of pesticides, added growth hormones, or antibiotics,
feeding them a diet of natural grasses, forbs and legumes.
Our family is very concerned about the state of our food production/processing in this country. We are committed to consuming foods that we raise or are sustainably grown locally. We would rather buy local, than buy organic, and if it is from another country it is important to us that it is a Fair Trade product. We have eliminated food products containing high fructose corn syrup from our diet and do not knowingly eat food that is genetically modified. We encourage you to enhance your health, shrink your carbon footprint, reduce your food miles, and keep your hard earned dollars close to home by eating local, sustainably produced food.
