Forage finished Black Angus/Hereford beef from the Carroll County, Georgia area produced in a sustainable ranching system, where cattle graze their entire lives.

Hodge Ranch & Partners Beef is born, raised and finished naturally on high quality forages. Our beef is rich in CLA and Omega 3. Working in harmony with Mother Nature, our beef is processed at its peak, dry-aged 21 days for full flavor, quick-frozen and cyrovac packaged.

We offer the following Packages (weights are approximate):

Item 1:

SMALL FAMILY PACK (20 lbs @ $7.00/lb.)

Item 2:

LARGE FAMILY PACK (40 lbs @ $6.75/lb.)

Items #1 and #2 will contain 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts and 50-60% ground beef. The following beef cuts will be represented in Items #1 & #2:

Teres Major Steak - $14/lb A seldom used shoulder muscle that is second only to the tenderloin filet in tenderness. The teres major steak is also referred to as a shoulder tender. If sliced into medallions, they are appropriately named petite tender medallions.
